How this hub works

It's the shared board for every faceless channel: what's been made, what's queued, and what goes live on which day.

The loop

  • A video gets created with a title and a script (usually pushed in from a portfolio repo, or added here with + Video).
  • You generate it in the video software.
  • You upload the result to Drive and paste the link onto the video here. Until you do, the video shows a no drive link flag.
  • On its scheduled day, a video that's marked Generated flips itself to Posted and moves to the Archive.

Video statuses

  • New — exists, nothing done yet.
  • Waiting — queued for generation.
  • Generating — in the video software now.
  • Generated — done and uploaded, ready to go live.
  • Posted — live on YouTube, archived.

Only Generated auto-flips to Posted. Anything else just sits there showing overdue — that's the signal that generation is running behind, and it's deliberate.

Scheduling

Every video has a scheduled date. You never have to set it: a new video lands the day after that channel's last queued video, so a batch of ten spreads itself over ten days automatically. You can override it in the video's drawer.

The Calendar shows real dates — a video appears on the day it will actually post, so a day can hold none, one, or six videos.

Runway

The Runway view answers one question: which channel runs out of videos first. The bar is how many days of queue that channel has left. Amber under a week, red under three days.

Channel flags

  • Break ⏸ — skip this channel until a date, then resume by itself.
  • Killed 💀 — soft retire. Stays visible in red, nothing new gets scheduled into it, existing videos are untouched. Fully reversible.
  • Live URL — the real YouTube link. Trust this over the status label to know whether a channel is actually up.

Where things end up

Posted videos go to the Archive tab and stay there. Nothing is ever deleted by archiving.
